The goals of Quinoa are rooted in a perspective of global and solidarity citizenship education.

Quinoa aims to guide citizens, particularly the youth, towards a better understanding of the political, social, economic, cultural, and environmental issues of the contemporary world in order to enhance their capacity to engage sustainably, both individually and collectively, in alternatives that foster social change.

The specific objectives of the association consist of:

• raising awareness, informing, and educating everyone about the political, economic, social, and cultural realities of different populations around the world and their interdependence
• stimulating, on both individual and collective levels, changes in values, attitudes, and behaviors
• inspiring a daily commitment to citizenship and solidarity in everyone
• critically examining Western society and expanding each person’s mental framework to consider other societal models.
