The sustainable mobility network works in stereo to make mobility more sustainable in Flanders: as an umbrella organization for mobility associations and as a network of individuals, organizations, and businesses. We unite, strengthen, and represent the affiliated mobility associations and take initiatives to develop and bolster the coalition of individuals, organizations, and businesses in favor of sustainable mobility.

The sustainable mobility network as a whole strives to achieve balanced mobility. Towards a balance between the social, economic, and ecological aspects of mobility. Everyone is on the move, and every movement has an impact on society and the environment. Through our mobility behavior today, we jeopardize the ability of our children and grandchildren to move in the future.

For the sustainable mobility network, we must evolve towards a mobility system in which everyone can carry out their activities safely, at an acceptable cost, and without harming the environment.
