For the CGSLB, climate is one of the major challenges our societies must face today. Talking about climate also means discussing jobs, skills, training, and transitioning economies… 

For the CGSLB, this transition must necessarily be a socially just transition based on greater social justice, respect for human and workers’ rights, and within which social dialog and social protection hold a privileged place.

Workers must be the driving force behind a more sustainable development model.
